This Max Power Ø125mm GRP thruster tunnel with 1000mm length is engineered for precise tunnel thruster installations where extra reach is needed through wider hull structures. It combines a strong composite build with a smooth internal finish, improving reliability and supporting efficient thruster performance.

Manufactured using isophthalic resin and a pre-gel coated internal surface, the tunnel offers excellent resistance to marine conditions and long-term durability. The additional matt layer applied before filament winding helps reduce installation risk, allowing safe drilling and trimming without damaging the inner gel coat.
