Max Power GRP (fibreglass) thruster tunnels are engineered for clean, professional installations of bow and stern tunnel thrusters. Manufactured using fully isophthalic resin and finished with a pre-gel coated internal surface, these tunnels offer excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and a smooth internal flow path for improved thruster efficiency.

A major advantage of Max Power tunnels is the additional first coat of matt applied before filament winding. This construction detail allows cutting and drilling during installation without the risk of damaging the gel coat on the inside surface of the tunnel — making fitting faster, safer, and more reliable.

The Ø110mm diameter version is ideal for compact thruster configurations where space is limited, while still providing a strong and stable structure thanks to the 4mm wall thickness.
