Glomex Glomeasy antennas are easy to install, mix to your own specific wishes with the different components.. The use of pre-fixed fittings which are almost as thin as the cable itself, you don't need to solder anymore. The cable is a high quality low loss RG8X cable, to have even less interference.

The RG8X cable is delivered with a pre-fitted professional fitting that directly fits to the antenna. This pre-fitted fitting is almost as thin as the cable itself which makes installation of the cable easier.
• Better performance becausee of low loss cable
The Glomeasy range uses a high quality low loss 6mm RG8X cable, which delvers better performance as you usual RG58 cable. This mean the usage of the old 10mm cable is often not needed anymore. This new cable is easily connected to your VHF device with the connectors of the Glomeasy line.

1 Choose an antenna
Choose an antenna for VHF, DAB, AIS and FM (for the complete product range, see pages 544 and 555).
2 Choose your length of cable
Choose from a wide range of lengths differing from three to thirty meters
21.507.217 to 21.507.222. Its also possible to connect cables with the connector (21.507.216)
3 Choose the right connector to your antenna
You can choose from various connectors UHF PL259, N-Male, BNC-Male, TNC-Male 21.507.211 to 21.507.215.
4 Choose your options whichh apply to your preferances
Choose from Stainless steel mounting sets for as well motor as sailing boats 21.507.203 to 21.507.207. Wind indicator 21.507.161, protection cap 21.507.208 suggested with the SS mounting brackets, trough hull 21.507.207.
The use of Glomeasy Antenna with an existing cable
1. Choose an antenna
Choose an antenna for VHF, DAB, AIS and FM (for the complete product range, see pages 544 and 555).
2. Order an adaptor
Order the RA351 FME connector 21.507.210 to create a SO239 connection on which you can apply your PL259 connection. Order you protection cap if needed 21.507.208.
The use of a low loss RG8X calbe to an existing antenna with a SO239 connection
1. Choose the right length RG8X cable
Choose from a wide range of lengths differing from three to thirty meters 21.507.217 to 21.507.222. It’s also possible to connect cables with the connector RA357 21.507.216.
2. Order the FME adaptor
Order the RA352 FME adaptor 21.507.211 to connect the new cable to the existing antenna. This is only possible to the antennas that use a SO239 connection, for example the well known METZ MANTA antenna.
3. Choose the right connector to connect the cable to your VHF device
To connect your cable to your VHF device you have several connectors; UHF PL259, N-Male, BNC-Male, TNC-Male 21.507.211 to 21.507.215.
