The GELEX G5 is a practical and versatile four-person aluminium motorboat designed for fishing, recreation, water sports and everyday use on inland and coastal waters.

With an overall length of 4.94 metres, a wide and spacious cockpit and a maximum engine rating of 100 HP, the GELEX G5 combines stability, performance and flexible deck organisation.

The integrated T-slot system allows seats, consoles and other equipment to be repositioned according to the intended use of the boat. The G5 can be supplied in a basic tiller configuration or equipped with a remote, side or double steering console.

The available double-console configuration with full tempered-glass glazing provides additional protection and makes the boat suitable for operation in more demanding weather conditions.

A wide selection of seating, electrical, fishing, deck and storage options allows the GELEX G5 to be configured for leisure cruising, fishing, water sports or professional use.

A 20 HP outboard provides a practical balance between performance, fuel consumption and handling. The maximum permitted engine power is 30 HP.

Marine-Grade Aluminium Construction

The GELEX G4 hull is manufactured from welded EN AW-5083 H111 marine-grade aluminium. This alloy provides an excellent combination of structural strength, impact resistance, weldability and corrosion resistance.

The aluminium hull is suitable for intensive use and requires less maintenance than many conventional boat-building materials. Integrated keel protection provides additional protection during launching, recovery and operation in shallow water.

ENVIROX Passivation and Powder Coating

Before painting, the aluminium hull undergoes chromate-free titanium ENVIROX passivation. This process prepares the metal surface for painting, improves coating adhesion and provides additional protection against corrosion.

The hull is then finished with marine-grade polyester powder coating. The standard hull colour is RAL 7011 Iron Grey. Alternative colours and metallic finishes are available as optional upgrades.

Available Configurations

Basic Tiller Configuration

The simplest and lightest arrangement for direct tiller steering. This version provides maximum usable cockpit space and is suitable for fishing and practical everyday operation.

Remote Console with Windshield and Aft Sofa

This configuration adds a remote steering console with windshield, mechanical steering system and an adjustable two-person aft sofa.

Remote Console with Windshield and Driver’s Seat

A remote-control version with a dedicated swivel driver’s seat. Different seat types and pedestal systems can be selected according to the intended use of the boat.

Colour and Finish Options

The GELEX G4 can be personalised by combining different hull, seating and EVA Marine Deck colours.

The GELEX G4 can be equipped with a compact remote steering console. The GC-01L version additionally includes a windshield and protective railing.

The mechanical steering system includes the steering wheel, steering gearbox and steering cable.

The integrated cockpit T-slots allow the seating position and cockpit layout to be adjusted according to the intended use of the boat.

Available options range from a simple sliding aluminium seat to upgraded Deluxe seats with shock-absorbing pedestals.
