The GALA Atlantis Lite A240 is the most compact and lightweight model in the Atlantis Lite series, designed for yacht owners and boaters who need a simple, reliable, and easy-to-handle aluminium tender. With an overall length of just 2.40 m and an extremely low hull weight, the A240 is ideal for davit lifting, deck storage, or beach launching.
Built on a marine-grade aluminium V-shaped hull and equipped with GALA’s patented GALA-TABS hull design, the A240 offers excellent stability, fast planing, and surprisingly efficient performance for its size. Despite its compact dimensions, the ergonomic layout provides comfortable seating, safe movement on board, and practical storage solutions.
The hull is manufactured from premium EN AW-5083 H111 marine-grade aluminium alloy, recognised throughout the marine industry for its outstanding corrosion resistance, high structural strength and long service life in saltwater environments. The hull sections are precision welded using both TIG and MIG welding processes, creating strong, reliable joints capable of withstanding demanding operating conditions while maintaining low overall weight.
Every aluminium hull also receives GALA’s advanced ENVIROX titanium passivation treatment before powder coating. This environmentally friendly chromate-free process creates an additional protective layer that significantly improves corrosion resistance, paint adhesion and long-term durability, making Atlantis Lite perfectly suited for year-round use in marine environments.
The model is available with PVC or Hypalon tubes, making it suitable for both occasional recreational use and long-term Mediterranean operation.
