“ChefsMate” barbecue appeals to on-board and on-shore adventure. It comes with portable base, which is ideal for use onshore, whileyou can use base 70120 or 70121 for mounting the barbecue on the rails. The latter is sold separately from the barbecue. “ChefsMate” is made of brilliant stainless steel with tight fastened lid and funnel bottom shape. Thus, food is grilled smoothly over its single rack. “ChefsMate” functions either with gas canister (70134) or with the main propane/butane flow of your boat. Both the gas canister and the propane/butane flow are adjusted to the control valve regulator, on the right side of the barbecue, in order to start the barbecue up or adjust its heat. Should you prefer to use the propane/butane system of your boat, you will need to use an extra low-pressure control valve (70116). The rack can be easily removed for an easier cleaning of the “ChefsMate”.
