It is a dock fender that cannot deflate in any way, under any circumstances. It has the best shock absorption and lifetime performance in class, providing exceptional dock and boat protection. It is the ideal fender for dock fending, fitting perfectly in every dock by placing the clip-ons on the dock and then easily and safely attaching the fender with the dock.
